BISP Taleemi Wazaif 2026 - Education Stipend Check Online by CNIC
BISP Taleemi Wazaif (education stipend) provides quarterly financial support to school-going children of BISP-registered families, from primary through higher secondary level. This guide covers payment amounts, eligibility, how to check status by CNIC, how to register children and what to do if your stipend is missing.
What Is Taleemi Wazaif?
Taleemi Wazaif means education allowance or education stipend in Urdu. It is a conditional cash transfer program under BISP that provides quarterly financial support to encourage school enrollment and regular attendance among children of the poorest households. Unlike the Kafalat payment which is unconditional, Taleemi Wazaif requires that children maintain at least 70 percent school attendance to remain eligible.
The program currently supports over 8 million students across Pakistan from primary school through higher secondary school. The stipend is paid to the mother or female guardian of the child, reinforcing female financial empowerment within BISP households.
